Neverwinter - Tyranny of Dragons - Dragonborn

Fantastic job. The sexual dimorphism of the dragonborn always amused me. While bearing live young is known amongst reptiles and possibly even dinosaurs, the presence of breasts on the female have me puzzled. Do dragonborn nurse their young? When dragonborn were first introduced in earlier systems, they were actually a prestige class, wherein the PC underwent a metamorphosis into their scaly new selves. Some vestigial sexual characterostics would make sense.
