I have been notified by a Deviant member, that one of my artworks is being used in a T-Shirt campaign without my knowledge or permission.  The T-Shirt creator has simply flipped and removed my signature from the art.

I have contacted Teespring and shown them the artwork that they have on their T-Shirt is mine.

Update:  They have taken down the shirt as of this afternoon 8/2/13

Please be aware of this company's behavior and contact them if you find your work being used for their profit.

Yes, I'd also like to see the shirts with your art, just as ~ReetLegna does. I don't doubt your claim, but it brings your plight to life when you post comparison images, such as putting in your journal a link to the image in your gallery that was stolen along with a link to the t-shirt in their site that has it (flipped and without signature) This also helps people help you. They can complain to the company (in non-hater ways, nothing violent, that's pointless) and the company will be more likely to listen if it knows that it's doing to face a real issue of public notice from the theft. Chances are, it's not the company's fault and they don't want a legal issue, so they should be on the eager side to remove the picture.

I'm sure they also get a lot of letters of all different kinds, so it might take a while for them to get back to you. Just in case, though send a letter to them once a month, reminding them that you have the right to file charges (phrase it nicely and say you don't want to, but you will if you have to) and eventually they have to acknowledge you. As long as you stay civil, as I no doubt you have, they have every reason to listen to you. If you sound like some crying child, they're going to ignore you.
